My sweet boys....

Well, It's been awhile since I've sat long enough to type something so here's an update.
Baby Boy Miller- Well, I'm calling you my "Little Monkey" these days. You are 23 1/2 weeks gestation and I feel you move constantly. I remember Jackson being active, but not like this! You are all over the place, all day long, even at night when I'm sleeping. Your Daddy will catch me with my hand on my stomach and I will repeatedly say," I think we're in trouble. He's going crazy in there.". Your movement has gotten me so excited about your arrival. I was ready to have your room together last week , I have bought you a few new outfits of your own, and I need a name really bad. Right now we are calling you Itty Bitty Miller. Dr. Simmons says that you look great. Your heart rate was still in the 150's , your measurements are right with my dates, my uterus is 2cm higher than normal, my stomach is really pooching out all the sudden and I finally gained some weight-3lbs. I go back on March 30th for my glucose test and to hear your heartbeat again. I did my weekly ultrasound in L&D last week and you were almost to big to see in the little screen. I'm so happy that you are so healthy and strong. I've been trying to imagine if you will look like your brother or completely different. I hope you do b/c he has the best features of your Daddy and I - a perfect mix. Oh, I can't wait to hold you in my arms feeling your warmth and hearing you coo. How sweet that day will be!! I love you so much sweet baby!

Jackson- All I can say is, " Jackson, you're crazy!". This is one of your fav. sayings these days. You will go back and forth saying we're crraazy! The other day you looked at Gabs and said, " Daddy, Gabs is soooo crraazzy!" It was precious. What is not so precious is you saying, " Oh, My God!" and "Shut up!" at the perfect times. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from until we watched ET the other night. You've only watched it a few times, but you soak up things way to fast. You are also talking back when you get in trouble, hitting, throwing toys and love to say, " No!". You are oblivious to discipline and just play and laugh in time out and spanking have absolutely no effect. We are just loving the 2's and can't wait to see what the 3's bring us. LOL!! It should be fun when we throw a little brother in the mix.
I can say that if you put the few moments of defiant behavior aside, we absolutely love this age!!! You are very full of life and yourself, you are very sociable and very loving. You love to hug and kiss and sit in our laps watching t.v.. You say," Come here Mommy, I give you a kiss!" and pucker those pretty red lips up. Sometimes you physically make me pucker up with your fingers. Ha! When we leave the house you have to hugs Gabs, tell her "Love You" and Weee'llll be riiiight back!" It's way to sweet how much you two love each other. She can't wait to wake you up and gives you kisses and talks to you until you acknowledge her. Your fav. things right now are dinosaurs and bears. You love to scare us and will pop out of your room acting like a dinosaur and roaring. You will also come find us and whisper," Mommy, Did you see that bear? I think it's in the living room. Come see." and we will tip toe quietly into the next room with your pow pow and get the pretend bear. Oh, how I love your new found imagination. Your next fav. is to watch turkeys we daddy. You whisper like the hunters on t.v. do and powpow the turkeys with them. Daddy has even got you started on duck and turkey calls. Oh, he is just itching for the day he can take you on a real hunt. You are your Daddy's boy! You love the outdoors and anything associated with them. I laughs the other day b/c Papa got halfway home in the van and realized that he had a fishing pole on top of his windshield wipers. It was the only place you would leave it, so that you would go to the store. You have also discovered scobby doo, spider man and a small flashlight that you won't let go of. We keep replacing the batteries b/c you play with it constantly. You love showers! This is usually Mommy time after I've been at work. We sing songs and play and talk about your day. You are still a picky eater, but you have finally reached 30lbs!!! You still like the same things with the addition of pizza, yogurt and milk. Daddy is to thank for the weight gain. He can get you to eat better than anyone, unless you have chick-fil-a!!
Some new things we're trying are a new day care and potty training. We just love your new school and teachers. It is a small school at the Methodist Church and it just opened it's doors. We had no idea what we were missing until you started there. You get so much love and attention! I can't praise God enough for answering my prayers and opening their doors and hearts at just the right time. Potty training is something God, you and myself will have to continue talking about. We are really fixing to buckle down and see what happens. Until now we have been very laxed. You started out wonderful, pooping and peeing, and then fell apart and are now somewhat interested again. They want to move you up at school and they are willing to really help us in this endeavor, so next week is dedicated to potty training 101!!!! (Oh, when Mamaw asked you whose stickers we're on the wall in front of the potty you said," Those are Daddy's stickers." She was very proud of Daddy's progress! LOL!)
Oh, I could go on and on about how perfectly sweet you are and how amazing your personality is, but I guess I need to find a stopping point. I will try to be better at posting all your cute moments as they come! Just know how much we love you and how amazing you are in our eyes daily. God has truly blessed us with loving perfection!
P.S. The funniest thing you've done lately is place a wrought iron trivet, crystal salt and pepper shakers and a slinky in the microwave and turn it on!!!! LOL!! I think you caused your Daddy to have a minor heart attack when he entered the room!!! Wish I could have seen it! There's never a dull moment in our house!
