It's another Miller.....

Well, It's another "Miller Boy" for us!! We went for a 3D ultrasound and confirmed that we have a very healthy little boy. His heart rate was 155bpm, he's measuring a few days ahead of my due date and he was perfect from head -to- toe. I love how Shay goes through everything and relays it in my terms as an NICU nurse, so that I know he is o.k.. She looked at his ventricles in the brain, his skin fold at the neck for Downs syndrome, his upper lip for a cleft lip, his heart, his diaphragm, his umbilical cord, his kidneys, his feet(club feet), his hands(trisomy 18) and many more things that could show visible anomalies. We can rest assure that for now, he is perfect and healthy.
During the beginning of the u/s he was asleep in a little ball. By the end he stretched out and crossed his feet at the ankles, put his right hand on top of his head and splayed his fingers out and started tapping his thumb. What a beautiful sight to see your child at this stage. It is such a miracle to be able to conceive and carry a child. I am feeling him move and kick more now and it is very reassuring to know that I have a growing belly and I can feel movement. I am beginning to really feel like I am pregnant now. I feel so blessed that God has given me this chance to grow another child inside of me and witness such an amazing miracle. God is good!
We don't have a name yet, but we are slowly working on it. I know the perfect name will come to us just like Jackson's did. I just hope it comes sooner! Ha! I have to say that I was initially a little sad that I wouldn't be planning for a little girl with ribbons and curls, but that lasted a split second. I have beautiful nieces that I can spoil anytime I want to. When I think of having two beautiful, rambucous boys running around playing together I get so excited. What fun our house will be and what a perfect place for two boys to grow up. They will have a blast on the hatchery. They just better learn to keep the critters outside.Ha!! I'm happy for Jason too, b/c it will be like a repeat of his childhood. They will have a great father to look up to and he will teach them so many wonderful things through hunting and fishing. ( And I will get plenty of Mommy time while they're gone!!! Ha!!)
P.S. Jackson, I saw this saying today," There's another Prince in the house, but now I'm King!".
This is so suiting for you my angel. You're going to be a great big brother!
